Note: the weekly Family Devotional Guides that correspond to the Chronological Plan and developed by The Church at Brook Hills in Birmingham, AL can be downloaded from here.

Reading God’s Story Audio Bible
The Reading God’s Story Audio Bible was produced by Union University (www.uu.edu) in partnership with LifeWay Christian Resources (www.Lifeway.com) as a part of the Read the Bible for Life biblical literacy initiative (see www.readthebibleforlife.com). Based on the Read the Bible for Life Chronological Reading Plan, the recordings were performed by members of the Union University community, produced by Joshua T. Moore, and feature original music by singer-song writer Michael Card (www.michaelcard.com).
To receive EMAILS each day, which will include the audio reading for that day, see the top of the far right column on this webpage.
New Read the Bible for Life Audio Page
(This page will be incorporated into the www.readthebibleforlife.com soon.
You can drag the URL to your desktop and make it an App. OR on your
iPhone, open the link in Safari. Then with the “Share” icon in the bottom
middle of the screen, press “Add to Home Screen”. This will turn the page
into an App on your iPhone’s Home Screen!)
On an Android Phone you would bookmark the page, then return to the
screen where you would like to place the app, long press and choose “Bookmark”,
and select the app bookmark you just saved. HTC phones will only show their own
bookmark icon, but other phones *should* save the icon just like iPhones.
Also the Read the Bible for Life App for iPhone and iPad
will soon incorporate the daily audio readings for easy access.

THE READ THE BIBLE FOR LIFE
4 + 1 PLAN
In using this plan you will read through the entire Bible in a year and through the Psalms twice. The advantage of this type of plan is that you will be exposed to various parts of the Old and New Testaments simultaneously, which will keep your reading very fresh and remind you of “the whole counsel of God”! The plan is “semi-chronological” at points, the prophets of the Old Testament and the letters of the New Testament placed in rough chronological order. There are 6 days of reading each week, giving you a day to rest or catch up with a missed reading. No audio version of this plan is available at this time, but check back in the future!
